Role : SCMEngineer Location: Lincolnshire, IL Duration: 6-10 months Interview: Phone Screen and Face to Face Job Description : Role Description (Summary): The candidate will be a member of the Run Environment Support team with the primary focus of providing software configuration management (SCM) / Dev Ops services and consultation. The candidate will work side by side with the SCM Team Lead and will help execute process improvements, action steps towards further automation, and defining and executing steps towards continuous integration (CI). Position Requirements: · Strong experience (7+ years) in Release Engineering, Dev Ops disciplines · Strong experience (3+ years) with Subversion (SVN) · Strong experience (3+ years) with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Bamboo, Artifactory) · Strong experience (5+ years) in multiple continuous integration tools, most notably Bamboo as that is the current tool used in-house. · Experience on the following operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, and Linux · Strong experience with makefiles on large-scale applications. · Experience automating deployments and/or other related processes · Project management experience is strongly preferred. · Experience presenting ideas to upper management; drafting and conducting presentations (MS Powerpoint) · Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision. · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. · Strong multi-tasking and problem solving sills are required. · Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a face paced support environment Thanks.
