release plan in the wiki was updated to reflect the decision.
Previously there was a 5 week gap between the .0 and .1 release
followed by a 4 week gap between the .1 and .2 release.

on rc1 - rc2 will be released as scheduled, but as 4.2.2, so the rest
of the schedule is not affected (apart of the version number)
Reasons are the crash with Draw on Windows and bugs in calc
