Police said *Reverend Russell Brown was charged with three counts of lewd and lascivious battery.* He was arrested Tuesday morning. *Reverend Brown was a pastor at* *Antioch Missionary Baptist Church* *until he resigned in May* *[*Pending investigations]* *after 20 years, according to court records.
