Russia will not support restrictions to freedom in the Internet, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday in his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
"Russia will not support initiatives that put in doubt freedom in the Internet, freedom which is based on the requirements of morality and law," Medvedev said. He added that restriction to freedom in the Internet would bring the world to stagnation.
