I cannot change configuration of PD specific AM as its owned by different team.
My objective is just send PD alerts (severity=pager) to it. The default AM
owned by us gets all alerts.
Also if I drop the PD alert with relabel config, wont it get dropped entirely
and not routed to any alertmanage
