Ian, Try removing and reloading your printers. If that doesn't work you will probably have to uninstall & reload Protel by doing the following: 1. Using the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control Panel, uninstall any Protel 99 SE Service Packs, then uninstall Protel 99 SE itself. 2. Delete th
