I just finished RC1 of a prototype.js based form generator which will read a
table from a mysql database and generate all the necessary files (html,
javascript, php) to allow you to read, update or insert records into a
table.

This isn't a be all end all tool but it gets the job done and leaves you
with some code that's pretty easy to modify.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could give it a look and let me know if they
find any bugs or see some things I may have missed.
