Need a name (DNS etc.) for the PSAS windows VM.
What should we call this new animal? I was thinking about PSASCAD, but
maybe that's too broad. Specifying Solid Works seems a bit specific.
perhaps PSASVM1, which would be generic, but provides a level of
indirection.

I apprecitate how PSASVM1 implies that we'll eventually have a PSASVM2 etc.
