Only thing i can think of in that price range tht remotely does any of that stuff is the Zoom R16. That being said while its a a 16 channel standalone recorder to an SD card, It only has 8 physical inputs and 8 faders and doubles as an 8 channel interface and a control surface in banks of 8. Do
