Hi, a lot of the hot keys known from SF for Windows work also in the Mac version. Unfortunately not all of them despite the fact they are quit important such as rewinding and forwarding in scrubb mode. In Windows you use j and l for that. Also the hot key k for pausing doesn't work but for that
