Well, in the sense that the accessibility offered in 11 as well as 10.3.8
exceeds that of 9, yes, the discs would essentially be useless to a blind user.
Perhaps "useless" is too strong a word but suffice it to say there would be no
compelling reason to retain version 9.

I have a genuine PT9 which I never installed (with ILock & the whole maryanne.
What's the safest/easiest way to update/install? Shall I install 9, then
update? or get 11, then install?
