Are they continuing to work towards an accessible License manager?
Is there someone specific I should send a letter of encouragement to,
beyond the regular tech support contact?

personally aware. Plus, Avid themselves have brought it up with them. Pace is
about to rewrite the code when the new version of QT comes out.
