i have some synth and ools that am using on windows, they are
not fully accessible but they do my work. hope to know which of those will
work on mac and what about accessibility?

When I click on the pop up for mono or stereo, nothing happens at all, same
with the type of track.
I have tried up and down arrow, command up and down arrow but, I can’t get them
to change at all.

ProTools will run on pretty much any mac you can buy - that said, I'd avoid the
bottom end 1.4GHZ iMac and Mac Mini.
A general rule of thumb is to buy the best you can afford. The more ram the
better - and if you can afford to upgrade the CPU to a quad I7, then do so.
