I wouldn’t worry about it if you don’t torrent and don’t participate in other
risky behavior like frequenting untrustworthy sites etc. lock down your
browsers use good security practices and between that and apples frequent
security update/malware updates you should be fine.

After you open the DMG I hilite the actual app, command, option, w which closes
out all Windows. Next once on the Macintosh HD, navigate and highlite the
Applications folder and command-v.

I should have said when you
In the installation instructions for
v11, they tell you to open the dmg file, and then to drag the pro tools app
to the applications alias. How do you do that? Just opening the pro tools
app after copying to my applications folder doesn't work.
