Hi Rocco, It's a long-standing tradition to pair stereo tracks with respect to odd/even numbers. This goes back to the analog days when those sorts of things mattered for multitrack tape machines and bouncing of tracks. This is a vestige of that practice. What you can do is either split your

Assigning custom inputs to stereo tracks in PT

Hi everyone, I need to assign the inputs of a stereo track to 10 and 11. However, Pro Tools only wants to assign them to 9 and 10, or 11 and 12. Is there something I’m missing, or can I only assign stereo tracks to odd/even pairs (1 2, 3 4, etc.) Thanks, Rocco -- You received this message
