Hi Martin,
BTW, you don't have to click with the mouse to select an event, only to edit
it. Also, BTW, the other day you asked about tabbing to events in a MIDI or
Instrument track. In order for that behavior to work, the track view needs to
be set to Notes rather than Clips.

Shit, I just re-read your message and realized that you were talking about
Strike. Strike is not GM at all so I'm afraid it wouldn't work very well. Sorry,

Hi Martin,
I'm on a quick lunch break so I can't answer in detail but Superior Drummer
doesn't use a purely GM layout so some stuff will work but there are certain
things about their key map that are specific to their products. It's possible
to switch to a GM map but I haven't mapped out those c

sounds to work on the MIDI data on the way, Strike could do the job?

Hi Martin,
And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Strike from AIR. While the sounds are
good (not nearly as good as Superior Drummer), the strength of Strike is in its
pattern-based interface. Too much to detail here but, if you listen to some
demos on YouTube, you'll get a sense for what it's l
Hi Martin,
Toontrack's Superior Drummer is widely regarded as the most comprehensive set
of sample libraries for an enormous amount of kits. It's not cheap but even the
main version that comes with the NY Avatar library is quite enough to cover a
lot of ground. It's no accident that it's the de

Could some one recommend a more or less accessible software instrument like

Thanks and regards! / Martin
