Getting up and running with protools

Hey guys, Well i should ahve Pt in my hands by next week. Is there any sort of getting up and running file i can start listening to to start learning some of the basics? I'll obviously have to learn a lot of keyboard commands. Any input would be extremely helpful. My goal is to start
