I’d recommend fission for this on the Mac, since it does lossless editing.

paint the selection in to the document, then name the file what
It's under the heading "Editing, Nudging and trimming." Depending on which way
you'd like to extend the clip boundary, there are different keyboard commands.

the only way I see would be to re-import the original audio file and
perform the cut again on another playlist but it's pretty tedious.

No need to have Flo Tools do anything in this case. There are built-in Pro
Tools keyboard shortcuts for accomplishing things like this.

After recording with quick punch option, I would stretch the last clip to
do a good transition with cross fade, how can I do this with flotools? Is
