Do you have system sounds routed through your Focusrite? The FloTools sounds are most likely using system sounds routing and not VoiceOver’s. > On Oct 10, 2019, at 12:32 PM, > wrote: > > That’s actually what’s weird, I actually root VO through my iMac but that > particular sound comes

This works, though I still find the beep annoying, it’s a lot less so. Not sure why Vo and system sounds were being rooted to two different places, but I can live with this. From: ptaccess@googlegroups.com On Behalf Of TheOreoMonster Sent: Thursday, October 10, 2019 11:02 AM To:

Also, not sure if most are aware you can adjust VoiceOver’s Volume independent of System volume whether they are routed to the same output or not. Its VO+Command+Shift+Up/down in HighSierra and later and VO+Command+up/Down in Sierra and earlier. > On Oct 10, 2019, at 11:05 AM, Slau Halatyn

Woah! You're routing VoiceOver through your main monitors?! No wonder… Most people route VoiceOver through their computer's system sound whether it's laptop or iMac, etc. > On Oct 10, 2019, at 10:26 AM, mcdiem...@gmail.com wrote: > > That’d be great. It can be pretty frightening when that pops

You could also route your systems sounds to the built in speaker while still routing VoiceOver to your monitors. That way those sounds don’t blast through your monitors. > On Oct 10, 2019, at 10:26 AM, > wrote: > > That’d be great. It can be pretty frightening when that pops through all

Hi Matt, Ah, OK, that tiny sound is there to indicate that a macro has successfully been executed. With the insert menu popping up, however, that's a VoiceOver sound and not anything to do with Flo Tools. We haven't gotten into customization of sound effects with Flo Tools in order to try and

Hi Tom, Glad it worked out. You can change all track timebases by Option-clicking on a timebase selector and selecting the desired timebase. The Option modifier in Pro Tools sets all other similar controls to the same state. That goes for things like record enabling, muting, soloing, etc.

Here’s an example. If I am focused on a track and insert a has a plug, if I press one twice quickly to open the plug there is a beep. In fact the same sound heard in your other example (IE) unsoloing all tracks. HTH. From: ptaccess@googlegroups.com On Behalf Of Slau Halatyn Sent:

Hi Matt, Nmm, I'm not sure what you mean and which sound you're referring to. Flo Tools itself isn't supposed to make any particular sound except for when performing lengthier tasks like unmuting, unsoloing or deselecting all tracks. Other than that, there's the level monitor but that doesn't

I'm sure this has been covered before so forgive me, but I couldn't seem to locate an answer. How do I turn off the flotools/ KM sounds. Specifically the beep sound that occurs when a plug opens or when you are at the top of the plugin menu? Thanks. Best: Matt Diemert
