I never thought to ask that question. It worked for me as well. One person on
the list commented that they had trouble saving it as text. There's no need to
save it as text, just save. glad I can finally help someone on the list with an

What I did was first copy the file to the documents folder and edit the text
there.
Then copied it back to the Lounge Agents folder.
That worked for me.

No, it should be wav. Sometimes I have to deselect the track and
select it again and that solves the problem.
