Hi, it seems that Native Instruments is working on a solution to address the
accessibility issue. There was a rather impressive demo being circulated on the
MIDIMag list. Its not out yet, and it'll require one of their S series
controller keyboards. The demo mostly talked about Logic, and Garage

Hi TL
and I
simply don't recall. I seem to recall having to paste in authorization codes
that needed to be copied from an email from AIR and, yes, the downloads are
considerable. bTW, I'll send along those presets in a separate message to
the list.

like Vacuum Pro but, by default, it comes up working and you can essentially
tweak all of the parameters as you would a normal synth. Any future preset
folders that I manage to compile, I'll be sure to send them over to Matt for
PT with Speech.

Hi Ricky, you need to do VO + Shift + spacebar to perform a mouse click.
You might also want to press VO + F5 to ensure the mouse is in the correct
place. Sometimes, even though the option is set for the mouse to follow the
VO cursor, it doesn't.

Hi, that’s interesting; when I tried Pianotek 5, only the presets for the
default instrument / piano showed up, presets for the other Pianos weren’t in
the list. Perhaps I’ll have to take another look. I’ve also noticed that on
some synths you’ll get the first 128 presets and not the rest. Most
mehow, would
that work or would it be overkill?

Hi, while in the MIDI Event list, I'm noticing that Controllers are showing
up as Notes. For instance, a Sustain controller 64 shows up as an E4. Also,
if I attempt to navigate past column 4 in the table PT abruptly ends and I'm
back at the Desktop! I don't know if there is a column 5, but in any
Hi, wonder if anyone has any pointers on assigning a Patch file to a MIDI
instrument? I keep getting an error message "MIDI server patch name file,

Hi Steve: I had the same problem, and this worked for me … go to Preferences,
and select the Mixing tab (Command + 4). Move to the Automation group and
interact with it. find the Checkbox that says Plugin Controls Default to Auto
Enabled, and uncheck it.

Hi again: it seems that my import issue is related to the external drive. It's
a Firewire 800 drive (2TB), with two partitions. One partition is formatted for
the Mac, and has Yosemite on it, and the other partition is XFFat so I can use
it with both the Mac and Windows. Its the XFFat partition
Hi, PT 11.3 is crashing when I try to import an audio file; I've tried it under

installed PT 10.3.9, and tried the same import operation, and i

Hi, just wondering what folks are using to read the PDF manuals? Preview
