Use the Flo Tools template. That is why things may not look the same. Choose
the flow tools template.

That's the Transport window. Double-tap VO+F2 to have the VoiceOver Window
Chooser come up in a list and you can see what windows are present. Command+1
on the numeric keypad will open and close the Transport window.
