I have never gotten what the aggrigate interface is about. Is that
supposed to let you use multiple devices? Does it really work?

tool aggregate device are sound flower 2ch and babyface. I unchecked all
the built-in ones. Then I selected pro tools aggregate device in the
playback engine.

Using both the aggregate device as well as a standard interface is a little
tricky as it pertains to naming paths. I'm not sure if it's possible to name
the built-in paths first but I think that's what might have to be done. I'll
see if I can figure something out. which interface are you using?
