Hi: I’m trying to set a time signature of 12/8. In the transport view in the midi control cluster, where it says meter value I can’t get it to read anything and I don’t know how to set a value there. If I try mouse clicking on it and entering a value with the numeric keypad and then pressing

Hi Gord, Meter value is set by creating a meter event. Just as default tempo is always 120 bpm, the default meter is always 4/4. If you want anything other than that, you'll need to go into in the Event menu under Time Operations and choose Meter Event. There, you need to double-click on the fi

Thank you Slau. That helps tremendously! I actually was wonderring myself how to do this. OK, one more thing I wanna know how to do: How do I set a count off event? so for example, I want the metronome to count on a 4/4 song, 2 bars. So, it won't even be recording the first two bars. This
