Tim,
Forget about the stand-alone version. The AAX is accessible. I can't explain
how to use it. Just like any other plug-in, interact with the parameters,
change them and observe the results. Also, I know it's perhaps challenging for
you but you simply have to read the manual if you haven't

I didn't find Melodyne to be very useable with VoiceOver. It might be possible
to set up some presets to help but it's not a priority for me. I find AutoTune
to be very accessible and very useable with VoiceOver.
