Major bug-fix was the correction of the archives extension. Otherwise
all ptxdist toolchains fail to make.

Without this selecting UTIL_LINUX_NG_FSCK but not UTIL_LINUX_NG_LIBMOUNT results

I'll merge this after the release. New cmake releases occasionally break
finding things in a cross-compile environment. I think, I fixed finding the
correct python version 3 times so far...
