I found a blog post of yours of some time ago, and I tried to send those
queries on the sparql endpoint of dbpedia,
with no success. I even tried with queries listed at [2], that seem to
be quite similar, but again no success.

Hi,
Ordnance Survey have launched a TOID lookup service. The service is
currently in beta.
A TOID is a Topographic Identifier. It is the unique 16-digit identifier
of every topographic feature held within OS MasterMap(r). Features such
as buildings, roads, fields and fences all have this
