this is indeed good. some observations/recommendations:
item VQC7 is not clearly defined. Multiple relations between same uri's is not
necessarily a problem unless you specify the problematic situation. The example
given is redundant with the next item (VQC8) based on the SKOS model def
The doodle poll winner for a one-off telcon this week was Thu Apr 14 at 10AM
EDT / 4PM CET to talk about a w3c note on how to create and publish
linked life data - based largely on the article that we submitted.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for the discussion! I talked about fine-grained ontologies not because
we're making one, but to get a better understanding of what a "middle-grained
ontology" should be, and how we can provide a bridge between the coarse-grained
document structure and the fine-grained structures
I wrote up draft "minutes" from our HCLS Scientific Discourse call yesterday.
