Yes, I've been working on a parser for SIDER [1]. I just made a pull
request to Bio2RDF (and is waiting code review by Peter). I've made the
preliminary RDF files temporarily available [2], and there is a *temporary*
endpoint to browse [3].

As part of Bio2RDF Release 2 [1], the drugbank data and endpoint are
available, but we're still finalizing some configurations for the Bio2RDF
web app to respond to requests to the release 2 endpoints.

Bio2RDF is now providing versions of some of the datasets in the LODD set.
In the case of DrugBank, you can find the downloadable dataset at [1],
and the script we used is at [2]. The SPARQL endpoint will be at [3],
but I have a feeling that it has not yet been updated. Michel
