LLD dataset descriptions

Hi all, just an update. I updated the overview figure and segregated the examples from the text. I worked on the identifier section, and added sparql queries to the statistics section. Nick & Camille, I've put in some placeholder relations that would be provided by identifiers.org: idot:preferre
