Department of Pathology
Postdoc Associate Position

Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Pathology is seeking a highly 
motivated postdoctoral associate to work on advanced methods for ontological 
normalization/integration of immunology data, and their application to 
infection and vaccination response data. The successful candidate will work as 
part of the Kleinstein and Cheung labs at Yale, and collaborate closely with 
the National Center for Biomedical
Ontologies (NCBO) and the Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC). The ideal 
candidate will have a working knowledge of ontologies and data standards, 
strong quantitative and programming abilities, along with a demonstrated 
interest in applying these skills to problems in biology. Experience with text 
mining, databases and web services would also be considered a strong positive.
