The current MeSH release at http://mesh.bio2rdf.org/sparql is from
this author [http://thesauri.cs.vu.nl/eswc06/] . The URIs have been
rename to fit into the Bio2RDF URI naming scheme. The current endpoint
is not up to date.
As far as I know, there is no "official" RDF MeSH release.

It is the Bio2RDF's initiative that has converted MeSH into RDF and made it
available at a SPARQL endpoint, more details here:
