Dear all,

Final reminder to make your resrvation at Hyatt Regency Cambrdige for TPAC2007.

The discount guest room rate ($199 plus taxes) at the Hyatt expires tomorrow, 3 October 2007 at 5:00 eastern time.

At that time, the seasonal rate at Hyatt for November will be $319 plus taxes. Local Cambridge hotels, Marriott Royal Sonesta, etc. are all over $300 per night at this stage.

There are still rooms available at the Hyatt for $199 until tomorrow!! Please don't delay any longer to make your reservation. There is very high demand in Boston and Cambridge for hotel rooms over the TPAC2007 meeting dates.

>Dear All,
>
>We kindly ask that folks book their room at the Hyatt Regency
>Cambridge (TPAC meeting venue) as soon as possible. The guest room
>pickup at the hotel is still *very low*. If we do not see
>significant pickup by the end of this week, Friday, 21 September, we
>will start to release some of the guest rooms in W3C's block.
>
>The Hyatt expects to be sold out over our meeting dates as do many
>other local Cambridge and Boston hotels due to overlapping events.
>
>As previously noted, we must fulfill our guest room quota to keep
>our hold on all of the meeting space, and avoid costly charges for
>meeting rooms and/or not meeting our guest room quota.
