During the April 2 widgets call, Frederick raised concerns about
synchronizing the Widgets DigSig spec with XML Signatures 1.1 and
Signature properties [1], given the schedule proposed in [2] which
seeks to help align our widgets specs with BONDI's use of those specs
for their 1.0 RC.
Frederick - what is the your latest expectation regarding the
publication plans for the XML Signatures 1.1 and XML Signature
Properties specs e.g. for the remainder of 1H-09 and 2H-09?
Mike/Thomas - from a process perspective, how far can the Widgets
DigSig spec go in the Rec track process before it is blocked by these
two XML Signatures specs not being complete? That is, what are the
relevant procedural constraints?
