The value of a string attribute is any string that conforms to [XML] as
a valid string for an XML attribute. The purpose of this attribute type
is to classify strings that are not affected by the dir attribute, such
as the email attribute.
Modified email attr, and param name and value attributes to use string
attribute instead.
ISSUE-151: required invalid feature should be ignored.
Updated text:
If feature-name is not a valid IRI, and required-feature is false, then
the user agent must ignore this element.
