Earlier today I added a new "Plans" column to WebApps' two
publication status tables:

For most of the specs, I entered what I think is our plan for the
next publication.
This information should be useful with respect to coordinating with
other groups as well as helping to set expectations for the Public.
WG Members and Editors: please review the data and update it
accordingly, especially those data points that include "?". If you
cannot edit this page directly, send change requests to public-
weba...@w3.org.
