If I understood correctly, the problem there are two sources, the internal
sound card and the webcam, and pulseaudio decides to use the internal sound
card, even though it has no microphone actually attached

In my case speakers should be set to Analog Surround 5.1 Output + Analog Stereo
Input, however after unplugging headphones they are switched to digital out.
