You don't need pulseaudio.socket if you're starting pulseaudio at boot,
so remove that file and from pulseaudio.service remove the
"Requires=pulseaudio.socket" and "Also=pulseaudio.socket" lines. Also
remove the "ConditionUser=!root" line.
