Is there any way for pulseaudio to act as a bluetooth sink rather than
to play to a bluetooth device? (pardon if this has already been
discussed)
I've a feeling the a2dp sink profile doesnt exist yet in linux..?

a dependency on a recent udev-extras snapshot to your PA 0.9.15
package that includes the ALSA modules.

Well I succesfully used a2dp over alsa (even alsa->pulse->alsa->bluez
sometimes, not that that's a good way to do it) on stock

Hello, I am still struggling to get bluetooth working with the latest and the
greatest pulseaudio despite all the useful information I have read on this
mailing list and elsewhere on the internet.
So, let us check my configuration:

check. (even 4.36)
