After removing pulseaudio modules from /etc/pulse/default.pa, here is the log.
When I play a file using cmd aplay -Dhw file.wav, following is the log

Hi all.
I have a bluetooth dongle on a machine with PA 0.9.18 (Ubuntu Karmic) on
it and a headset paired successfully. From the PA debug (-) output,
it appears that PA sees the headset but then removes the bluetooth
module, for whatever reason:

Here are the logs using only the upstream pulesaudio modules. I see the same
behavior with the upstream pulse audio modules as well. After 4th time,
playback stops. Please share any clues of anything that I could be
