Issue #19520 has been updated by Gabriel Schuyler.
Plus one for the --verbose option. Fundamentals classes would be more
comfortable with specific confirmation that the syntax is okay.

Currently it will just return nothing which is the same behaviour as a
correctly validated file.

Running `puppet parser validate init.pp` returns
if there are no syntax errors.
The -v option sounds good, too.
