Well, I just noticed that this patch is not included into 2.7.6
release of puppet.
Since I don't know your release procedure, can you please tell me in
what version should I expect this change to appear?

I use puppet-2.7.6 to sync several config files in my network.
I use neither Mongrel nor Passenger (which probably means I use
Webrick as http backend).
When I run puppet agent from another machine, everything is fine.
When I run agent from the same machine server is running on, I get the

FreeBSD rc scripts also have reload parameter to send -HUP to
services.
Is there any chance you add similar support for FreeBSD?
