I dropped getting announcements out, so this rolls up several releases.

Wash 0.13.0 added a 'signal' command that can be used to send signals -
such as start and stop - to Docker containers, EC2 instances, and GCP
compute instances. Use the 'docs' command to view supported signals on an
entry. This release will correctly list buckets for an AWS account config
where you haven't specified a region, and has several other fixes (see
v0.13.0 <https://github.com/puppetlabs/wash/releases/tag/0.13.0>).

Wash 0.13.1 fixed a regression in listing S3 bucket contents from 0.13.0.
It also fixed trying to use xargs with Wash commands, like 'find
docker/containers -fullmeta -meta .State.Status exited | xargs delete'.

Wash 0.14.0 added new resources to the GCP plugin. You can now explore
firestore documents and collections, list cloud functions and cloud run
services and view their logs, and interact with GCP topics like a local
fifo ('echo message >> topic' and 'tail -f topic'). It also includes
several fixes (see v0.14.0
<https://github.com/puppetlabs/wash/releases/tag/0.14.0>).

Wash 0.15.0 adds bucket-size metadata to AWS S3 and GCP Storage buckets. It
also enhances 'ls', 'meta', 'signal', 'winfo', and 'wclear' so you can pass
them multiple paths. It also includes several fixes (see v0.15.0
<https://github.com/puppetlabs/wash/releases/tag/0.15.0>).
