Hi Ankit,
I have worked at a company where we run Puppet on HP UX.
The findings have been added to the HP-UX site at Puppetlabs:
https://projects.puppetlabs.com/projects/puppet/wiki/Puppet_HP-UX
You just need openssl and ruby available on your system.
