If no .py file is displayed in the Eclipse Editor, then everything is OK.
I can right click on the .py file, and choose "run as" "python run", program
will run.

Here are the steps to reproduce this problem
[1] Launch Eclipse to a new workspace
[2] Create a new PyDev project (add /usr/bin/python as python interpreter)
