Not really. Benjamin had been acting as a bit of an overseer but he might be
busy with summer job stuffs now so its a bit wild-west-style. If you break it,
you get to fix it :)

You would be better off asking on the distutils list since thats where PyPI dev
happens. I don't think we do much filtering, its just based on raw data from
Fastly, so it includes downloads from mirrors and search bots et al.

As far as I know thats just standard hgweb, we might have some custom CSS
somewhere but I don't think we run any special code for the UI. Not an expert
on that service though, please someone correct me if I'm wrong :)
