[pygame] Windows prebuilts for Pygame 1.9.0

Hi everyone, For the record I have update the Windows prebuilts for Pygame 1.9.0 for Pythons 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 3.1. Hopefully these will be the last versions before the final release of 1.9.0. They have some minor fixed for compiling with MSVC. They are found at
