Oh, this looks GREAT. I've been hoping for a feature like this for a long 
time.  thank you Bert, and Michael.

Mako, along with Jinja and some other libraries, have their own change 
detection and reloading systems.  Every so often, a new random library that 
Pyramid has a dependency on will have an update that recognizes previously 
un-included directories.
