can commit out the disable_modules in settings.ini to
enable more features
inside of the Management UI.

ptah 0.1 was released in pypi, so you can install it if you have
Python 2.7
$ easy_install ptah
$ bin/paster create -t ptah101 myapp
$ cd myapp
