Has anyone got Eclipse and PyDev autocomplete to work with pylons? In
the PyDev configuration, pylons and all its components are in the
system.PYTHONPATH but the autocompletion for the pylons specific stuff
does not work

Works for me, just need to readd python interpreter and check pythonco.
paths in the appeared dialog.
Elixir/SQLAlchemy don't work indeed.
